Head down to the Beardy Street Mall to enjoy live busking beats, experience our local coffee and breakfast, stroll through our unique retail stores, revel in the street art display by Arts Northwest and local photographers. And all this before you head to the Big Chill.

Beyond the Big Chill event walls, we have an action-packed program, and The Chilly Dip @Dumaresq Dam is one to make a splash!

Refresh and revitalise Sunday morning 19th May, before the second day of the Big Chill Festival in a cold-water plunge, quick swim or the Big Chilly Mile. Experience the latest Armidale social event that unites the shivering community and raises money for Beyond Blue. Participants must be aged 16+ years.

What to expect:

Plunge or swim , heat tent, hearty egg and bacon roll, hot coffee, beanie with every ticket purchased, safety induction, SES Boat and Ambulance NSW onsite and support charity Beyond Blue.
